With over 30 years within the pharmacy market on quality branded products we saw how limited customers choice was for a hot water bottle in retail shops, many would only stock the odd one or two during peak winter months with a nothing during the warmer months. For those looking for therapeutic heat treatment all year round the choice was at best poor or in many areas non-existence. Having first-hand experience at hunting for the right bottle in the right colour and size in the middle of summer it was clear shops just did not have space to stock a full range to offer a complete service. The choice for customers was very restricted so we vowed to put that right and in 2003 launched with a large range of quality branded selection which over the years has just kept growing and growing. First to our loyal fans in the UK but now our products travel the globe from Canada to Trinidad and Tobago!

We use local British manufacturing on many ranges to get the best quality and because it's manufactured in volume, we pass those saving on to keep pricing low. Our Made in Britain range brings manufacturing back from China and not only is it superb quality it's also really good value for money.
Our new expanded warehouse is fully stocked with the widest and most loved selection of quality products with plenty of those hard-to-find items and if you want it for a gift, we have some especially made for gifting. Our ranges change quickly, some fabrics are only around for a few months so we refresh ranges frequently. Plus, each winter season brand new products arrive by the lorry load and to keep things interesting we have a limited-edition range that is exclusive to us. To make sure you sleep well at night (and us!) our hot water bottle ranges are manufactured to the highest quality, most carry a two year or three year warranty and exceed British Standard BS1970.
